Role: Account Manager – Large format Graphics
Salary: £30K-£35K
Location: Liverpool
My client are a leading provider of Large Format Graphics, and Signage who are looking to build their team by bringing in an Account Manager / Estimator to their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for customer servicing existing accounts.
**This role is not focused on bringing in new business accounts**
· Manage and grow existing accounts and new opportunities via outstanding customer service and cross/upselling skills via:
o Understanding and interpreting customer enquiries, provide large format graphics guidance and expertise, quoting jobs and making job bags
o Ordering materials
o Preparation of quotations/bids at appropriate margins for the business.
o Responding to all enquiries quickly and professionally
o Follow up all quotations in agreed timescales
o Improve quotation conversion rates, both by number and revenue
o Manage all activity on the business CRM system
Key skills:
· Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
· Highly organised
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
· Strong business sense and commercial acumen.
