Role Overview:
As an Audit Partner, you will play a key role in driving the firm's growth and success by leading and managing the audit department. You will be responsible for managing a team of audit managers and seniors, overseeing complex audit engagements, and providing strategic advice to clients. This role offers the opportunity to work with high-profile clients, lead and develop a team, and contribute to the firm's strategic goals.
Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in audit, preferably in a large accountancy practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Strategic thinking, business development, and project management skills are also essential for this role. Ideally RI or wishing to achieve RI status.
