Role Overview:

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving new business growth and managing customer relationships. With the support of an internal sales person, you will be responsible for expanding the client base and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the IT managed services sector

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers

Collaborate with the internal sales team to meet sales targets and business goals

Develop tailored IT solutions to meet customer needs and drive business growth

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities

Prepare and present proposals, and negotiate contracts to close deals

 

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in business development and account management within the IT managed services industry

Strong knowledge of IT support and cloud technologies

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Ambitious and eager to advance in a supportive and growth-oriented company
