Role: Project Manager – Large Format Graphics
Salary: £27K-£29K
Location: Broxbourne, Herts
My client are a leading provider of Large Format Graphics and are looking to bring in an Account Manager to their team to expand their growing team.
The successful candidate will have at least a couple of years experience working within the Large Format Graphics industry.

This role will be focused on developing existing relationships, costings, ordering materials, handling projects, dealing with suppliers, overseeing the project through production and delivery.
· Manage and grow existing accounts and new opportunities via customer service and cross/upselling skills via:
· Interpreting customer specifications and providing quotations
· Dealing with customer queries/complaints
· Processing orders and booking in jobs
· Customer servicing clients over the phone, and being the first point of contact
· Managing and overseeing projects, ensuring timely delivery
· Dealing with suppliers, raising Pos, managing briefs, etc

Key skills:
· Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
· Strong business sense and commercial acumen.
· Competent in terms of IT – must be able to run spreadsheets on a basic level, email communication etc
· Great telephone manner – able to deal with customer enquiries over the phone
· Dealing with suppliers, logistics etc
