Role Overview:
As a Senior Client Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing the firm's portfolio of clients. Your main responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, overseeing the delivery of high-quality services, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
You will also be responsible for managing a team of junior accountants and providing guidance and support on client engagements. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including high-profile individuals and businesses, and be involved in complex and challenging projects.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice. You should have excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of clients. Strong leadership skills are also essential for this role, as you will be responsible for managing a team and driving their development. A proactive and client-focused attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also key qualities our client is looking for.
