Role Overview:
As the Senior Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-profile clients, providing them with expert advice and building strong relationships. You will also be responsible for managing a team of junior accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This role is crucial in contributing to the firm's success and strategic goals, as you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the client base, driving revenue growth and promoting the firm's services.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the accountancy industry, with a strong background in client management. A professional qualification such as ACCA or ACA is highly desirable.
You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a strong commercial acumen are also key attributes for success in this role.
