Salary: £35K-£40K + commission

Location: South Manchester

My client has been a trusted name in print and print management for over 50 years, building strong partnerships with both public sector organizations and major private sector clients. Operating nationwide, they deliver top-qualitydesign, print, and marketing solutions, alongside full print management services.

They’re now looking for a dynamicSales Managerto join their ambitious team. If you’re a motivated sales professional withcreativity, passion, and a strong commercial mindset, this is your chance to make a real impact—driving new business and shaping future growth.

What We’re Looking For

We need someone withat least five years’ experiencein a sales-driven role—ideally within the print, communications, or design industries. More importantly, we want someone who is passionate about sales, thrives on building relationships, and is always looking for new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development:

    Identify and engage potential clients to drive ongoing growth.

  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs.

  • Consultative Sales Approach:

    Recommend tailored solutions that align with client objectives.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

    Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

  • Effective Communication & Presentation:

    Confidently engage with prospects at all levels, adapting your approach to secure new business.

  • Client Conversion:

    Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new customers.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven track record in

    B2B sales, with experience opening doors and securing new business.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to form strong, long-lasting client relationships.

  • Experience using a

    CRM system

    (HubSpot knowledge would be a plus, but not essential).
