My client are a leading company specializing in large format graphics and signage. Based in the Hertford area, they are known for delivering high-quality solutions for a wide range of industries.

The Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee and streamline their operations. This varied role includes:

  • Sales Support – Assisting the sales team with quotes, proposals, and client communications

  • Document Handling – Managing contracts, RAMS (Risk Assessment & Method Statements), and other key documentation

  • Marketing Campaigns – Helping to plan and execute marketing activities to boost brand awareness

  • Tender Management – A huge plus if you have experience preparing and managing tenders

  • General Office Management – Overseeing day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization

What Our Client is Looking For:

  • Experience in an Office Manager role, ideally within a large format graphics, signage, or print environment – this is a huge benefit

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills

  • Experience with sales support and marketing campaigns

  • Ability to manage tenders and handle key business documentation (RAMS, contracts, etc.)

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
