Salary: £35,000 per annum

My client are a leading company specializing in large format graphics and signage. Based in the Hertford area, they are known for delivering high-quality solutions for a wide range of industries.
The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee and streamline their operations. This varied role includes:
Sales Support – Assisting the sales team with quotes, proposals, and client communications
Document Handling – Managing contracts, RAMS (Risk Assessment & Method Statements), and other key documentation
Marketing Campaigns – Helping to plan and execute marketing activities to boost brand awareness
Tender Management – A huge plus if you have experience preparing and managing tenders
General Office Management – Overseeing day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization
What Our Client is Looking For:
Experience in an Office Manager role, ideally within a large format graphics, signage, or print environment – this is a huge benefit
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Experience with sales support and marketing campaigns
Ability to manage tenders and handle key business documentation (RAMS, contracts, etc.)
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
