Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day production activities, including production scheduling, planning, and management. They will be responsible for ordering materials and consumables. Effective communication and collaboration with team members and other departments will be essential in ensuring smooth operations and meeting production goals. This is a hands-on role both supervising and working with the team on producing and fitting products. They will require a complete working knowledge of large format printing, production of signage and graphic solutions.
Qualifications
Supervisory Skills, Production Schedules, and Production Planning within the Large Format industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in production management
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of printing and large format production processes
Experience in production of wide range of signage solutions
Full driving license
