Our client and their well established private client tax team, comprising over 30 professionals including 4 Partners, collaborates with individuals and their structures on significant financial decisions. Their primary focus is advising on the assets of individuals, families, or businesses, identifying opportunities, and minimizing their tax liabilities.
They work closely with various teams across the firm, enabling clients to access a range of services from the parent company. This collaborative environment allows you to build strong relationships with colleagues from different departments and within our extended association.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of clients within the Private Client Team.
Oversee the review process for all client-related work.
Collaborate with senior team members to manage client portfolios and monitor billing targets.
Provide advisory services and support clients with compliance matters.
Support the development of junior team members, monitor their work, assist with any issues, and provide timely feedback.
Stay informed on all levels of personal tax and available planning opportunities, recognizing when to involve other teams for a comprehensive service.
Cultivate new client relationships through existing clients, business contacts, and other sources.
Participate in business development initiatives as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
Qualified ATT/CTA, ACA, or equivalent.
Experience in reviewing, preparing, and filing UK client returns.
Comprehensive knowledge of tax matters related to private clients.
Ability to review others’ work and mentor junior team members.
Excellent networking skills.
Passionate about supporting and developing junior team members.
Strong rapport-building and relationship skills with colleagues, team members, and clients.
Committed to expanding personal tax knowledge and experience.
