Your Role
Responsibilities:
Overseeing and undertaking work across accounts and tax (60%) and audit (40%).
Working closely with other Managers and Partners.
Reviewing the work of junior staff members.
Cultivating strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Acting as a trusted advisor, offering strategic financial guidance to help clients achieve their business goals.
Staying informed about changes in audit, accounts, and tax laws and regulations, and advising clients regularly.
Leading by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to excellence.
What You Need
Qualifications:
ACCA or ICAEW qualified.
Experience:
Exposure to audit work.
Strong experience managing a diverse portfolio of clients of various sizes.
Proficiency in accountancy and office software.
Experience reviewing work.
Recent accountancy practice experience.
