Role Overview:
As a Senior Client Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and providing exceptional service. You will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will also lead and mentor a team of client managers, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, serving as their main point of contact and building strong relationships.
- Understand clients' needs and provide personalized solutions, including accounting, tax, and advisory services.
- Review and analyze financial statements and reports, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.
- Lead and mentor a team of client managers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
- Contribute to business development efforts, identifying opportunities to grow the client base.
Candidate Profile:
- ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 7 years of experience in a client-facing role within an accountancy practice.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of accounting and tax principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
- Strong business acumen and ability to identify opportunities for growth.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering excellent client service.
