Senior Client Manager Opportunity
Genesis Recruitment is excited to present an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Senior Client Manager to join a progressive accountancy firm based in North Manchester. You would recieve a salary range between £55,000 to £65,000 per annum, complemented by a comprehensive suite of flexible benefits.
Position Overview: We are seeking motivated ACCA or ACA qualified accountant to manage a diverse client portfolio and guide a dynamic team. A suitable person adept in resource management, delegation, and maintaining exceptional client relationships. You can bring knowledge of recruitment, coaching, and team development is essential.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level leadership, manage staff development, and oversee work allocation within the department.
- Oversee a varied client portfolio, including Sole Traders, Partnerships, Limited Companies, and High Net Worth Individuals.
- Conduct statutory and management accounts reviews.
- Advise clients on legislation and strategic direction.
- A commitment to take forward the strategic development and direction of the department.
- Manage change effectively.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as required.
- Contribute to firm growth by establishing successful relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive team environment.
- Support the Partners in this business with growth and strategic initiatives.
