About the Job
As part of the Assurance team, you'll provide on-site support for assignments, ensuring top-quality service for clients.
Responsibilities:
Play a key role in Assurance teams, with opportunities to lead on-site work.
Execute assignments thoroughly and efficiently according to firm procedures.
Maintain high-quality Assurance standards.
Report any issues to the assignment manager and suggest solutions.
Provide training and supervision for junior staff.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, delivering excellent service.
Stay informed about the firm's services to add value for clients.
Review junior staff's work for completeness and conduct appraisals.
Enhance technical knowledge through reading and courses, meeting CPD requirements.
Attend meetings and training sessions, and assist with recruitment, training, and marketing activities.
Perform other duties as needed by the Line Manager or Head of Department.
Requirements:
ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
Experience in Assurance tasks within a professional services firm.
Strong client handling skills and the ability to produce high-quality Assurances.
Analytical review experience is a plus.
