The Role: As an Audit Manager, you’ll be a key part of our client’s team, ensuring the delivery of audits that businesses and stakeholders can trust. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, providing transparent and accurate reporting while identifying growth opportunities. This role also offers the chance to mentor and lead a diverse team, helping them develop and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and providing regular updates on audit progress.
Oversee financial management for client portfolios, completing projects on time and within budget.
Ensure audits meet risk management and quality control standards.
Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and helping to build relationships.
Lead and develop team members, assisting with recruitment, training, and performance management.
Qualifications & Skills:
ACA/ICAS qualified (or equivalent).
Experience managing teams and overseeing audit assignments.
Strong knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, and UK GAAP.
Expertise in auditing systems, controls, and financial reporting.
