Business Development Manager - IT Managed Services - Up to £40k Basic + Car Allowance + OTE - Hybrid Role - North West UK

Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business development and managing existing customer relationships. With the support of a dedicated internal salesperson, you will be responsible for expanding the client base and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

•Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT managed services sector

•Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers

•Collaborate with the internal sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives

•Develop tailored IT solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth

•Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities

•Prepare and present proposals, and negotiate contracts to close deals

•Proven experience in business development and account management within the IT managed services industry

•Strong understanding of IT support and cloud technologies
