Role: Large Format Production Manager
Location: Watford
Salary: £42K-£45K + benefits
My client is a well-established Large Format Graphics business, based in Watford who are looking for an experienced Production Manager.
They are a well established business who have entered into a period of growth and have a few vacancies available across their Production department. This opportunity offers great progression and development opportunities for the right candidate.
You’ll manage a team and take overall responsibility as the senior member of the production team.
The Role
- Managing the day-to-day workflow within the production department, kick starting new projects
- Communicating production deadlines and requirements to clients
- Contribute to management meetings to plan company strategy
- Taking ultimate responsibility for successful installations and customer satisfaction
- Overall responsibility and full ownership for the installations team, their performance, organising the vans and fitters, etc
The Person
- Has practical, hands on knowledge and experience of large format graphics production.
- Committed to their own learning and development and aiding in development of the teams within production and installations
- Has a keen eye for detail.
- Has excellent time management skills and can prioritise workloads based around a clients expectations
- Experience within Dye Sub would be a huge benefit.
