Role: Installation Coordinator – Signage / Large Format Graphics

Location: Swindon

Salary £25,000 - £28,000 + overtime opportunities

 

About the role:

My client are looking for an Install Coordinator to join their friendly team.Working closely with the Installation Manager you will show pride in your work and have great attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator, well organised who is proactive and able to use their initiative to work both independently and as part of a team.

Main responsibilities:

The successful candidate will;

Management of new project installations to ensure correct products, resources and personnel are all available and allocated in a timely manner to achieve OTD

Co-ordinate with customers for installation readiness, address queries and keep both customers and installers informed

Liaise with Customer Services to progress approvals of proofs and artwork through to production

Ensure any RAMS documentation appropriate to each project is provided to relevant parties

Create installer documentation & manage Vantage software

 

Skills and experience:

Ideally experience in a similar role with a knowledge of the signage industry desirable

Excellent organisational skills, ability to work to tight deadlines and be calm under pressure,

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to priorities tasks

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of programmes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of detail

Strong work ethic and willingness to assist others
